2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• In-Stock Retail Orders: Inspected, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Bulk Wholesale Bales: Bundled, strapped, and handed over to your chosen transport service within 48 to 72 hours.
• Custom Bridal Sets: Custom tailored or embroidered items will be dispatched as per mutual timeline agreed during order placement.
