At Sainath Textile Rahuri (operated by PAPPU LAL JAI KISHAN, GSTIN: 27BNUPR2104N1ZE), we maintain strict quality control. Every single saree, fabric roll, and garment undergoes inspection before packing and dispatch. We are committed to ensuring our customers receive authentic, flawless textiles.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements under the following specific circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defect: Severe weave tears, severe dye stains, or missing parts of the pallu/zari.
• Wrong Product Dispatched: If the received saree or fabric significantly differs in pattern, model, or color from what was confirmed during your order.
• Transit Damage: If the outer packaging and internal contents were physically damaged during parcel transport.

3. Reporting Window & Process

Any defect or issue must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of parcel delivery:

4. Wholesale B2B Orders Policy

Wholesale lots, matching bundles, and cut-pieces sold at trade prices are custom-assembled for business retailers. Wholesale orders are non-returnable once accepted at delivery, except in verified cases of factory manufacturing defects, in which case replacement pieces of equal commercial value will be promptly provided in the subsequent shipment.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once the returned item is received at our Rahuri showroom and verified by our quality team, eligible refunds will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days directly to the original payment source (Bank Account / UPI).
