1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with PAPPU LAL JAI KISHAN (Trade Name: SAINATH WHOLESALE TEA MARKET, doing business as Sainath Textile Rahuri / साईनाथ होलसेल टेक्स्टाईल्स मार्केट) having its registered showroom and commercial premises at 18/23, Sr.No.411/6/7, Gokul Colony, Rahuri, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, 413705 (GSTIN: 27BNUPR2104N1ZE).

By visiting our showroom, accessing our website (https://sainathtextile.com), communicating with us over WhatsApp, or placing an order for sarees, fabrics, or garments, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Product Descriptions & Textile Characteristics

We take tremendous pride in presenting our textile collections accurately. However, please note:

• Handloom & Weaver Characteristics: Handwoven Yeola Paithani sarees and handcrafted handloom cotton may feature minor irregularities in the weave, zari knots, or printing. These are authentic hallmarks of genuine handcrafting and are not manufacturing defects.
• Color Variation: While our catalog photographs and video demonstrations are taken under professional lighting, subtle differences in color tone may appear depending on your mobile screen resolution and calibration.
• Fabric Care: Pure silk and zari sarees are recommended for gentle dry cleaning only to preserve the luster and durability of the metallic threads.

3. Wholesale & Retail Pricing

• Wholesale Tier: Wholesale rates apply strictly to bundle purchases, full sets (matching color assortments), or minimum order quantities (MOQ) as agreed with our sales desk.
• Taxes: All commercial and retail invoices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law. GST input tax credit is available to registered businesses upon providing a valid GSTIN.
• Price Fluctuations: Due to volatile raw silk and zari bullion rates in handloom clusters, wholesale quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation.

4. Order Placement & Payment Terms

Orders can be placed directly at our Rahuri showroom, via WhatsApp Business (+91 7264868444), or through authorized sales representatives.

Accepted payment modes include Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM), Cash (at showroom), and Cheque (subject to realization). For dispatched wholesale orders, full advance payment is required unless an authorized credit term has been agreed upon in writing.

5. Packaging, Freight & Transport Risk

Wholesale parcels and bales are securely packed in weather-resistant, tamper-evident packaging. Once parcels are handed over to government-approved logistics carriers or regional transport companies, a Lorry Receipt (LR) or parcel tracking number is shared with the buyer. Delivery timelines range between 2 to 7 working days depending on distance.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The trademark, trade dress, logo emblem of साईनाथ (Sainath Textile Rahuri), catalog photographs, text, and marketing creatives published on our site and social channels are the exclusive property of PAPPU LAL JAI KISHAN. Unauthorized commercial re-use, digital cloning, or brand impersonation is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and any commercial disputes arising from transactions with Sainath Textile Rahuri / PAPPU LAL JAI KISHAN shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts located in Rahuri / Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings or claims.
